I, for one, am going to keep that old software alive, at least for a few years longer. I think a lot of folks (not just photographers) are going to be left in the lurch when OS 10.15 debuts and tosses all the apps they liked and used into the dustbin of Mac history. This is what will happen, unless Adobe issues some kind of fix to whatever ancillary software is involved (which Lightroom may need to launch and run). I won't be able to open LR, and will loose all the program's functionalities."

Note: I don't want to upgrade to newer versions of LR - I have a good number of pics stored in the Lightroom library - Now I am using mainly RAW Power for editing, and it fulfills my needs pretty well. BTW: Adobe already stopped "support" to this Lightroom version: no program update - no newer cameras / lenses support. I will loose all the stored files (difficult to believe).I will be able to open the existing pics, including edited ones, but it won't be possible to add new files and edit them.I won't be able to open LR, and will loose all the program's functionalities.Question: when upgrading to mac OS version 15, what I should expect to happen? I am aware that 32-bit software won't be supported any longer. Now, when stating up LR, sometimes (not every time!) I get a warning message like this "this software will not be supported on the next release of MAC OS - contact the developer". I have as iMAC and a MacBook, both running Mojave, and with Lightroom version 5.7.1 installed on both.
